Lunch and Learn – Internal training group sessions – 1-1 1/2 hours
The lunch and learn session is a great opportunity to introduce associates to their value in the business, understanding and embracing the corporate brand. The session is fun and engaging and typically enjoyed over lunch.
Half day seminar – 2 – 4 Hours
A half day seminar allows for more interaction with the group and introduces more than one aspect of professionalism in the workplace. Participants will understand the importance of image excellence, the psychology of dress and how their image influences others around them.
Full day workshop – up to 8 Hours
Workshops are designed to help each individual dig a little deeper to discover their strengths and improve personal image while identifying with the company brand. Workshops are highly interactive and are more specifically tailored to the company’s objectives and corporate brand. Participants are asked to complete a pre-session self assessment in preparation for the seminar ahead. This enables us to identify participants’ needs, appraise what they need to continue, start or stop doing in establishing their professional presence. This is a great opportunity for participants to meet one on one with the presenter to identify key areas for improvement.

Methodology – How does the Corporate Image Strategies Programme work?
In just 2 days dramatic long-term results are achieved! – Day one comprises of a group session covering the key topics of Corporate Image Strategies, followed by individual private coaching sessions (depending on number of participants).
Day 1 – Group Session: We establish peer support, buy-in and provide a framework consistent with concepts and knowledge designed to help the participants understand professional presence, client perceptions and business dress concepts in order to maximise first impressions.
Day 2 – Individual Coaching Session: 30 minutes of private coaching session focusing on the personal application of the principles, consistent with the grade and personal aspiration of the individual. Professional and personal tips are given for the individual to look their professional best, save time in the mornings, save money and meet the company standards. As an added bonus, participants will each receive a personalised wardrobe strategies image plan.

We will then give a PowerPoint presentation with photographic examples of what is acceptable leaving your employees with clarity on the appropriate corporate dress for different occasions. Change is never easy so we will work with you to implement the changes and assist with compliance. We can also work one-to-one with each individual to better understand their image challenges.
