The Concierge Personal Shopping service
There are three stages to the Concierge Personal shopping experience; Consultation, Research Shopping and Fitting
Initial One-Off Consultation
You will have an initial consultation with your personal shopper who will discuss your styling objectives. Your personal shopper will also assess your colour, Body Specifics & Style, take your measurements and a photograph of you at this initial meeting.
Research Shopping
Armed with all the necessary information, your personal shopper will source the best range, colours, fit and styles which best suits your requirements and unique image profile.
Fitting
A further appointment will be arranged for you where you will meet again with your personal shopper.
Either:
- AT THE SHOPS; in the changing rooms where all your potential purchases will have been preselected specially for you.
- You will be able to try on each item without leaving the changing room.
- Unlike a sales representative whose objective is to sell to you, your personal shopper will be there offering you expert image advice for the style you are trying to create. There is absolutely no compulsion to buy any of the preselected items.
OR:
- IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME, where your preselected items are presented to you.
- You will have the added luxury of trying them with all the items you already own to ensure the best match for you.
- You select the items you wish to keep and the rest of the items are returned to the stores. You will only pay for the items which you keep. There is absolutely no compulsion to buy any of the preselected items.
As a value added bonus for using our Concierge Personal Shopping service, your personal shopper will arrange for any alterations or tailoring amendments for you.
